Sunday School

This year we are beginning the Answers Bible Curriculum (ABC). ABC emphasizes Whole Bible, Whole Family, & Whole Truth. ABC goes through the entire Bible in the order the events actually happened, helping it make sense. From PreK to Adults, ABC allows the whole family to learn and grow together, covering the same Sunday school lessons at the same time. ABC is filled with scripture and encourages believers in their faith, equipping them with answers for a skeptical world. Kids & Youth at King of Glory Lutheran

Children are invited to be strengthened in their faith as they dig into the Word of God during the Sunday School hour.  Sunday School is offered September through May at 9:00 AM each Sunday morning.  The children meet in the education wing of the church while the adults meet in the fellowship hall.

Confirmation

Students in 7th and 8th grade Sunday mornings to study God’s Word.  This two year course is geared to ground students in the Word of God as they grow in faith in Jesus Christ.  After being taught doctrine so that they know what they believe and why they believe it, a celebration service is held in which these students are “confirmed” in the faith.

Youth

Our youth gather together during Sunday School hour to learn and grow in their faith.  At times we have had youth group gatherings too.  We encourage our youth to attend Bible camps such as the FLY Convention and Worldview Academy in order for them to be equipped with what they need as they mature in Christ.
